2. Substitutions

If a specific flower variety, cake ingredient, or hamper component is unavailable on the day of preparation, we may substitute it with an item of equal or higher value while preserving the overall look, feel, and theme of the arrangement.

3. Delivery timelines

• Delivery timelines (Same-Day, Early-Morning, 90-Minute Express, Midnight, etc.) are targets we work hard to meet, but are not guarantees.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to traffic diversions, road blocks, curfews, strikes, weather disruptions, natural disasters, non-availability of the recipient at the delivery address, incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the sender, or any other force-majeure event.
• Our commitment is to attempt delivery on the promised date. If a first attempt fails due to the recipient's unavailability, we reserve the right to leave the item at the address with a neighbour, building security, or in a safe location; such delivery shall be deemed complete.

4. Perishable goods

Flowers, cakes, chocolates, and food hampers are perishable items. Once delivered, their freshness depends on how they are stored and handled by the recipient. The Million Blooms is not liable for wilting, drying, melting, or spoilage that occurs after delivery has been completed.

5. Pincode serviceability

Serviceable pincodes and available delivery methods (Same-Day, Midnight, Express, etc.) can change without prior notice due to logistical, seasonal, or safety reasons. The list shown on the Website at the time of your order is the authoritative one.

6. Third-party content

Reviews, testimonials, occasion-idea articles, and celebrity references (if any) on the Website reflect the personal opinions of the contributors. They do not necessarily reflect the views of The Million Blooms and should not be interpreted as an endorsement.
